Welcome and Thanks to the MLDCC Committee

With excitement building for the fast approaching 2023/24 cricket season, we are delighted to extend a warm welcome to both the new and returning faces who will be guiding the Mount Lawley District Cricket Club (MLDCC).

This season promises to be one of growth, teamwork, and unforgettable moments, and we are fortunate to have a dedicated committee leading the way.

A big round of applause and great appreciation goes out to each member of this season's committee who were nominated at last week's Annual General Meeting (AGM) amidst a large turnout of attendees:

  • President - Brendan Reid

  • Secretary - Helen Dwyer

  • Treasurer - Paul Rolfe

  • Senior Cricket - Craig Fewster

  • Junior Cricket - Bradley Forbes

  • Facilities & Management - Michelle Reid

  • Memberships & Volunteers - Kerri Enman

Your commitment to the club's success is truly commendable. With your leadership, passion, and expertise, we're confident that this cricket season will be one to remember. The roles you've taken on are crucial to the club's operations, development, and the enjoyment of our members.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our outgoing committee members, John Mirco (Secretary - Outgoing) and Ross Broun (Junior Cricket - Outgoing), for their significant contributions over the years. The dedication, commitment and hard work in your club committee roles have been truly remarkable and invaluable to our club's operations.

Lastly, as well as the above Hawks committee, our thanks go out to all our new and returning subcommittee members who have committed themselves to performing many a task to ensure our club, players, parents, sponsors and community may enjoy a promising season of cricket.

As we gear up for a fantastic season filled with intense matches, memorable moments, and a strong sense of community, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for stepping up, for your dedication, and for your invaluable contributions. With your guidance, the Mt Lawley Hawks are well poised to achieve new heights in the 2023/24 cricket season ahead.
